![]() ![]() The game is a rouge-lite offering, contrary to what the trailer depicts, which gave me the impression of a narrative driven story, especially with folks from the Bioshock franchise being involved. When City of Brass was announced, I was smitten and thought this would be a spiritual successor to one of my favorite games of all time. I loved everything about it and to this day am a bit sad we never got a true sequel (I know they released a number of follow ups, but let’s be honest, they were mediocre at best). The City of Brass asset packs are free, and are compatible with version 4.25+ of the Unreal Editor.Back in the early 2000’s when I got my first original Xbox, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time was one of the first games I purchased. The assets lack LODs, but they’re fairly low-poly anyway, with vertex counts topping out at 39,000 for the building models and come with 1,024 x 1,024px and 2,048 x 2,048px textures. ![]() ![]() They use a shared custom skeleton, but many have unique combat animations. The Enemies pack includes 14 Skeletal Mesh – and literally skeletal – characters. ![]() The Props pack comprises 121 assets, including furniture, cushions and rugs. The City of Brass Environments pack consists of a set of 360 modular environment assets divided into three tilsets for the game’s city streets, gardens and palace.
